Yes. All vendors and associated staff must be approved by the venue prior to the event, within the timeframe stated in the contract, and adhere to all certificates of insurance requirements. A listing of all vendors and associated staff must be provided to the venue prior to the event.

Yes. Dumpsters are located at the back of the building. All trash and debris must be discarded according to your contract.

As per Tennessee State law, smoking is not allowed.

Venue fees are not negotiable.

Yes, granted no damages are incurred and the user complies with its obligations. There can be no contract violations.

No. Dates are not confirmed until your deposit and contract is received and paid.

No. The property is responsible for anything left overnight. The property is not responsible for the security of the space or the Building in general or for the theft or any other loss or damage to person or property.

 

Yes. If liquor is being served, liquor liability insurance must be carried by the company serving the liquor.

If you plan to sell liquor, you must carry a liquor sales license. Venues reserve the right to restrict liquor sales.

 

We provide a 2 hour rehearsal prior to your event date free of charge as long as the day and time requested is available and does not conflict with another event. In the event, your date and times do conflict with another event. We will make every attempt to assist you with scheduling a day that will work. Rehearsals are typically scheduled in the mornings.

 

We have a NO throw send-off policy. No glitter, confetti, rice, seeds, fabric, paper, etc cannot be thrown.
